Thursday Night Run

I was able to get in my 3 miles last night and since today is my rest day before my long run tomorrow (12 miles), I figured I would push myself a little harder and reduce my time about 1 minute/mile.  I was pretty tired from the run but I was able to accomplish my goal.  However, now my right hip is hurting and I have to ice it for my run tomorrow.  Hopefully it's just one of those pains that goes away, but it's not feeling like it.  Also my shins are hurting a little.  I will just put some ice on my shins and have a nice easy run tomorrow.
